How can I get my ATI Video Card to Work?

I have a Compaq Presario and it has an ATI TV Tuner Card. I don't know how to get TV on my computer. I have attatched a Cable to the tuner card but I need to know how to watch Cable TV on my computer. I did download an ATI Video TV Tuner driver and loaded it but it locked up.|||Good luck. ATI's support for their tuner cards is poor at best. Try older releases of the software. You'll need their driver cleaner too. I through out two ATI HDwonders they never worked correctly.
