Open the side and unscrew the card that the monitor is plugged in to. You may need to pull or push a clip on the far end of the card, close to the motherboard, in order to just pull it out.

Just make sure you get the right card for your M/board.|||Yes very easy, but you should ground yourself to discharge static electricity, just touch you computer case before opening it, if not you can damage parts of your computer.
