Will my video card and processor work with the Sims 3?

Video card: Intel(R) 82915G Express Chipset Family

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.93GHz

No idea what any of that means... Just let me know if the game will work correctly here(:|||Your hardware just barely meets specs for Sims 3. The game will install, but I doubt it would run well. You would have to turn down a lot of the graphics to get the game to run smoothly.

According to the Intel site, your motherboard has a PCI Express x16 slot. These are used for adding a video card.

A GeForce 9800GT is about $80-$100 now and would greatly improve how well Sims 3 runs. The video chip set you have now (Intel GMA 900 series) is soldered to the motherboard. They are basically there to have something to plug a monitor into. They are not at all very good for gaming.|||most probably yes.

why don't you simply try?|||Use this, it'll tell you if your system meets the games requirements.
