Can i run Battlefield 3 or Skyrim with an Intel HD Family video card? Or at least change my video card?

I went to the checking website and i kept failing to pass for these games because my video card. It has enough Ram and all the other specs. It just basically said my Intel HD Family card sucked. It's an Alienware M14x and brand new.|||Sorry but you are stuffed, laptop GPU's cannot be changed / upgraded (apart from 1 or 2 very high end systems)
