Is this a good upgrade for my video card?

I really need to replace my video card. I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce2 MX 100/200 running on a pentium 4 with 768MB of SDRAM

mother model: Intel D845HV

ATI RADEON 9550 AGP 256m I found this on Craigslist

Could the motherboard support this?|||That Radeon 9550 is not a good upgrade. You will not see much of an improvement going from an 8-year-old GF2MX to a 7-year-old Radeon 9550.

You want a noticible improvement in performance, get this AGP card, which is only 1 year old (uses a much more current graphics processor chip which performs MUCH better): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…
