What kind of video card do you need to play the Sims 3?

I installed the Sims 3 and everything and once i wanted to play it it said my video card needed an upgrade!|||wow you dont need a freakin badass video card for it all you need is a geforce fx5900 and higher and for ati its 9500 and higher|||you should be able to play it with an nvidia geforce 9400gt 1gb card, if you want to be safe, get a 9600gt 512+mb
