I want to upgrade my memory and my video card, as both are insufficiently giving me power. I would like to know how to upgrade to about 3-4 GB of RAM and what kind of graphics card would be fitting to play LFS and Half Life 2.

as for your video card I haven't yet found any website that reads your computer to see whats compatible. I've spoken with dell & they've told me that the graphics card in xps 200 systems are the best video card it can hold.
I haven't yet proven that theory I'm researching now. If I find something I'll let you know *:0)|||go to www.upgradememory.com type in the make and model of computer, will show max ram it can hold and slots and will give you the best price on the net.
