Can i play latest games with Nvidia 1gb video card in full speed?

I want to play games like -tombraider underworld ,forgotten sands ,crysis 2 ,call of duty 5 & some other latest. All other requirments are fit but i want to know about 1gb nvidia video card its not very latest model but its 1gb Nvidia I'm sure. Is it able to play in full speed.plz reply Thanx a lot.|||you need specifics, mine is a gtx 460 and i hvent hit a game that it really slows on...also a 1gb, the 1gb only reffers to how much memory is on it, not how good it really is
