Which Nvidia video card will give better performance?

I'm upgrading my video card and i may have to choose between a 7600GS with 512MB, and a 7600GT with 256MB. The GT is supposed to have somewhat better performance, but in this case it has less memory. What's the trade-off?|||I had the same dilemma and went with the 7600GS b/c of the memory. So far I havent had any problems with any of the videos or graphic intense games I've played.|||i use to pay attention to the memory until i later found out that its the core clock speed / gpu ( game processing unit ) that matters the most . go with the one with the higher value of them both
