I have a laptop that runs with the second video card, and im wondering if i would be able to play Starcraft 2. Im able to play Left 4 dead 2 Without too much lag, And Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl with no lag.|||The ATI card should be better than the intel chipset. Any addin card will have more graphics processing power than integrated intel.
However the 9800 is a 7 generation old card it is still not going to run new games like Starcraft2 with any decent level of resolution and detail.
