What video card is best for the Sims 3?

I tried to install the Sims 3 onto my laptop...and it says that i need a 128mb video card, with support for pixel shader 2.0. Im not very good with computers and i dont even know what a video card is, or if you buy it in a shop, over the internet, or if you download it. My laptop is an Acer Aspire 3000....what video card is compatible?|||That happened to me, too! I almost cried.

Someone suggested going into best buy with a print-out of your dxdiag. Here's how to get it:

1. Click Start.

2. Click "Run"

3. Type in "dxdiag" without quotations.

4. Click "okay."

5. At the bottom of the panel, click "Save all Information." It should save it to a document.

6. Print it out.

Then, print out a copy of the minimum requirements for Sims 3. Unhook your computer and bring it to a Best Buy. They'll help you pick out the perfect card for Sims 3, and even tell you if you need other upgrades to play the Sims 3.|||Unfortunately Laptop Graphics Cards are not usually upgradeable...in your case....yours is built onto the motherboard. Now...you may be able to increase your RAM to 2GB and put 256MB toward the Shared graphics memory to get it to work...but it is a slim chance. Either way the additional RAM will increase the overall performance of your computer. Your computer uses the SIS Mirage 2 graphics which is technically only able to support Pixel Shader 1.3...like i said it is a slim chance...but a chance none the less.
