Is their any cpu out there that can make the benchmark Heaven run at 100fps on avrg? Or is that all video card?

Or is that all video card related to my gtx470? Of course maxed out at 1920x resolution I'm talking about.|||Don't know, but considering they the human brain runs about 30 fps, there is no point for something that fast.
